Barbells & Kettlebells

Add a little kickstart to your morning with this heart starter.  Do as many rounds as you have time for, but aim for at least two rounds.  

10 Minute EMOM - (every minute on the minute) 

  1. 12 x 20 kg Back Squat  - 20 Kettlebell Swings
  2. 12 x 30 kg Back Squat - 20 Incline Ring Rows
  3. 12 x 30 kg Back Squat - 20 Push-Ups
  4. 12 x 40 kg Back Squat - 20 Renegade Rows, (each side)
  5. 12 x 40 kg Back Squat - 20 Kettlebell Swings

Adjust weights according to your ability.  

 

If you are just beginning don't grab the meanest heaviest ball you can find, I recommend an 8kg kettlebell for women to start with.

Smoking workout that can be done with or without equipment.

Run, Squat, Sit-ups, Push-ups, and some burpess for good measure.
