10 Minute EMOM - (every minute on the minute)
- 12 x 20 kg Back Squat - 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 12 x 30 kg Back Squat - 20 Incline Ring Rows
- 12 x 30 kg Back Squat - 20 Push-Ups
- 12 x 40 kg Back Squat - 20 Renegade Rows, (each side)
- 12 x 40 kg Back Squat - 20 Kettlebell Swings
Adjust weights according to your ability.
Smoking workout that can be done with or without equipment.
Run, Squat, Sit-ups, Push-ups, and some burpess for good measure.
