POST NATAL ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
The focus of my personal training for women centres around building a stable core and pelvic floor whilst rediscovering and rebuilding overall strength, fitness and wellbeing.
Personal training is for you if you’re looking to return to your pre-baby strength and have goals to Crossfit, weightlifting, HIIT, netball or other high intensity sport where a specifically designed program is followed that is unique to your postnatal recovery.
TWO-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING (2:1 PT)
2:1 PT is great for all the above reasons, yet you get to share the fun with a friend. Help to keep each other motivated and maybe even inspire each other with a little healthy competition! One-on-Two is great for friends, partners and family who are working together to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle.
2:1 PT is a more affordable option than 1:1 PT.
Classes are sold in blocks of 8 weeks or via fortnightly direct debit. There are no lock in contracts.
PRIVATE GROUP - PERSONAL TRAINING
3 - 8 people or larger groups; great for corporate groups, friends, families, mothers groups, and Bridal Parties!
It’s time to stop being a 'gonna'! Round up the troops and dare them to commit to their word to get fit and lose weight. Private Small Group Fitness fits in with your needs and time constraints, often being booked during lunch breaks or immediately after work; either at your works premises or at a park close to work. This works well for people who are strapped for time or know that once they start making their journey home its not likely they’ll head out again to exercise.
