After the birth of your baby your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles will be weak, stretched and slack.

Your pelvic floor and core is weaker now at a time when you need it to be strong and reliable so you can focus on caring for your baby.  

Learn how to:

encourage your core muscles to return to their former shape and strength,

learn how to retrain your pelvic floor to be reliable during daily activities and exercise.

Especially designed by a mum for Mums, this is a 5 week practical postnatal fitness program where you will be equip with the practical DO's and DON'T of postnatal fitness.

Practice corrective core and pelvic floor exercises to prevent leaking and Diastasis Recti (abdominal seperation) AKA Mummy Tummy.  Our program also caters for mums suffering from carpal tunnel, sciatica and other pre to postnatal conditions.


During our Intensive Core Restore Program the primary focus is on teaching Mums how to regain the strength and confidence they had in their body before having a baby.  

Open to all Mothers with babies between 6 weeks and 12 months old.
