THE WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE: New Years 2017

The Whole Life Challenge is tailored game designed to help you create healthy habits for a lifetime.  For 8 weeks you'll focus on you!  You'll have a structure to follow bridging accountability to all facets of your life, including nutrition, exercise, stretching, hydration and sleep.

Anyone can play young or old and regardless of fitness level. 

You'll be required to take before and after photos and measurements; guidelines are included.  

You will required to complete a before and after benchmark workout and this is included FREE for non members of PhitKit and TNT Fitness Solutions.

Included are workout guidelines and stretching videos to follow, daily progress tracking (app available), three Nutrition Levels for you to choose from with food lists, an online forum, access to private Facebook page, and support.  

COST:  It's just US$49 for the 8 weeks. 

How it works

Sign up, and join our TEAM. 

You’ll want to know where you started so you can say where you’re headed! For some people this can be quite confronting, but you need to know where you start and will want to know how far you've come.

Measure Yourself : On Saturday 21st take your body measurements and before photos.

Fitness Assessment : Come along to our training session Monday 23rd January at 6pm to take part in our pre-Challenge fitness assessment.  BOOK HERE

Embrace New Habits

For 56 days, make conscious choices around the Whole Life Challenge 7 Daily Habits. Pick one of the 3 Nutrition levels , Kickstart, Lifestyle or Performance. Exercise, stretch, hydrate, and participate in the weekly lifestyle challenges. 

Raising your awareness and being consistent, even in small ways, adds up to your achieving your goals.

Focus on Action

Check-in to the website each day to record your score and connect with and support your teammates. Your keys to victory lie in accountability, support, and honest reflection. Focus on what you can have and what you have done, not what you cannot have or what you didn't do.

Measure Your Results

Get back together with our team in March and repeat your pre-challenge benchmark workout. You’ll be amazed at how great you feel and perform after eight weeks of focused effort and teamwork!

Celebrate Your Achievements

Celebrate your achievements! When you complete the Challenge you may not even recognise yourself anymore. How you look, feel, and live your life are now completely designed by you!

This Challenge is all about creating an environment of support that lasts long after the Challenge ends.
