Running; are you a lover, hater or indifferent?
Running is one of the purest and most therapeutic activities you can do, and what's more it's accessible to all.
A few, (I use the word few loosely) kilometres performed a few times per week will do wonders for your overall health and fitness as well as help drop unwanted weight.
