How do you plan on getting your EXERCISE points every day?
I commit and plan exercise time into my diary, usually first thing in the morning. If it's in my diary and I've booked my class - I go. Occasionally, with kid wrangling, it's a matter of fitting it in whenever, usually I know ahead of time when this is the case, it's not just a matter of 'today I can't be shagged..' I also plan rest days and on those days I still get moving, though it's just a little more flexible.
Recently at our Boxing For Fitness Class one of the crew talked about his mate who is going blind, he found out about this while at his mates stag night... Sad huh.
It reminded me that it's a privilege to exercise and that it is an important part of my day.
