We’re looking for your best fast, easy, delicious, and Whole Life Challenge compliant recipes to be posted on our PhitKit Personal & Group Fitness Facebook.
A. Recipes must contain no more than eight ingredients (seasoning/spices not included).
B. Recipes must be able to be completed in under 60 minutes, (not including cooking time).
C. Recipes must include an ingredient list and a photo (minimum 1000px wide) of the finished dish.
D. If you are submitting recipes from another creator you must have made the recipe yourself, you must credit the origin of recipe i.e. person/site, note any variations you may have made to the recipe and submit your own image of the recipe, (not that of the originator).
E. Entries must be compliant at either the Performance or Lifestyle levels. Please state in your entry for which level your recipe is complaint. (For levels information see: Nutritional Levels).
A. All recipes must be emailed by 8:30 pm Friday 22nd May 2015 to be eligible for the contest.
C. All recipe submissions must be registered for the Whole Life Challenge, (May-June 2015), reside in Australia, and be a member of the Whole Life Challenge PhitKit Crew Team
How It Works
A. Your recipe will be posted to PhitKit Personal and Group Fitness Facebook page
B. The winners will be decided by the most number of points you receive for your recipe.
C. Points will be counted as 1 point for each Facebook 'LIKE' and 2 points for each Facebook 'SHARE'
D. Voting will close Midnight Sunday 30th May.
F. The winner will receive their $100 gift card via email Tuesday 9th June 2015.
