Why I Don’t Want Six-Pack Abs

Personally, I like to approach exercise as part of my day to day routine, it's just something I do.  Like cleaning me teeth, if I don't do it my breath smells and my mouth feels horrid; same with exercise, if I don't do it it get cranky,  I feel lethargic and get a fuzzy brain.  Getting a six pack might just be a bonus, but of no real health benefits.
