WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT PHITMUMS-N-BUB?
Light cardio and low impact aerobic exercises along with a circuit of functional exercises; especially targeting the core and posterior chain; that’s your back, butt, hamstrings and calves. Oh, don’t worry, not too many muscles will be missed, and yes your arms will know they’re alive too! Your trainer will always provide progressive training options, which will enable you to increase the difficulty and intensity at your own pace.
