Mudd Rush Training Location 7 July 14 Announcement

Train upper body; aiming to lift your own body weight at a minimum.  The last thing you want is someone poking you in the butt while you’re stuck, unable to climb any further.  Find a playground, or at a gym; try some pull-up variations; burpee pull-ups, wide grip pull-ups, overhand/underhand grip pull-ups, static hold pull-ups alternate the pull motion with the push motion and try push-ups variations; t-push-ups, decline push-ups & diamond push-ups.
