Break it down into what you feel are achievable chunks, i.e. 3 minutes skipping, 20 second rest then 4 minutes skipping. Do the same with the plank, for example go as long as you can then drop to the knees for a small 20 second break and continue on. Remember, what doesn't challenge you doesn't change you.
