Tip For Eating Clean

As a busy Mum of two, I need to have food prepared for the week.  It takes time, usually on a Sunday or Monday to do my cook up for the week, but it pays off.  Having meals planned and partially prepared for the week ahead ensures that I don't skip meals and always have clean healthy meals at my fingertips.

Here is a recipe I'll be trying.  I especially like it because it's something my children can eat, plus it's easy to package ready to eat when I'm in-between training clients on those busy days.
