During PhitKit sessions you will begin to understand that physical and mental barriers can be overcome at the point that you become willing. Initially you might struggle to simple run more than a few hundred metres, complete a full pushup on your toes, and lift your own body weight, but overtime; with coaching and practice Phitkit will show you how to achieve results you never thought possible!
